1. Authorised Use Only
This platform is restricted to WRWC-accredited individuals. Access or use of any material by unauthorised parties is strictly prohibited and may result in access being revoked.

All users are responsible for encrypting any data or attachments prior to uploading or emailing via the site. Medical and sensitive information must not be transmitted in plain text.
3. No Data Retention
www.wrwcmedical.com does not store, retain, or archive any data uploaded or emailed through the website. No clinical or personal information is saved on the website’s servers. Emails sent via the platform to WRWC team doctors or staff are not retained, logged, or stored in any form.
4. Medical Imaging and File Uploads
All images are hosted via PACSpost, a secure encrypted medical imaging sharing platform. Teams may also upload their own image sets from alternative providers into PACSpost as needed. This website does not process or store any imaging files directly.
5. Cookies and Analytics
This site uses cookies and analytic tools to monitor traffic and improve usability. Continued use indicates your consent to this.
